File a complaint

Use this form to raise a concern about an AI system covered by regulation10.com. We acknowledge every complaint within 30 days. Under Article 85 of the EU AI Act you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national market surveillance authority.

Complaint handling and your rights

• Acknowledgement issued within 30 days.
• Records are retained for 7 years in our audit trail.
• Decision review is available on request.
• You can also lodge a complaint with your national market surveillance authority under Article 85 of the EU AI Act, or your data protection authority under Article 77 of the GDPR.
