Access to the authenticated regulation10.com platform, including any tenant workspace, is governed by a separate master services agreement and is not granted by these terms.

3. Scope
The public pages are an information channel. They do not deliver the compliance platform itself, do not accept regulated data, and do not constitute legal, regulatory or compliance advice. Do not send regulated personal data, special-category data, or material subject to professional privilege through a public form. For those exchanges use the authenticated platform under a signed data processing addendum.

7. Disclaimers
The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that content is current, complete or fit for any particular purpose.
8. We give you compliance tools, not legal advice
This is important, so we say it plainly. regulation10.com is compliance software. It gives you tools and information. It does not give you legal advice, and using it does not create a lawyer and client relationship between us.
Everything the platform produces is decision support. That includes assessments, scores, gap findings, evidence packs, drafted documents, knowledge-base articles, and anything an AI feature writes for you. These are inputs to your decision. They are not the decision. You and your advisers must apply your own professional judgement before you rely on any of it.
We maintain our regulatory content on a best-efforts basis. Laws, regulations and regulator guidance change. Our content may lag behind an amendment, and it may not cover every fact pattern. We do not warrant that it is current, complete or correct for your situation.
Your circumstances are your own. Take advice from a qualified lawyer or a qualified compliance professional in the relevant jurisdiction before you act. Nothing here reduces your own obligations under the EU AI Act, Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, the GDPR, or any other law that applies to you. Using the platform does not confer a the EU AI Act certification, approval or registration.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exec X AI Ltd shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the site. Our aggregate liability for direct damages arising from these terms shall not exceed the fees you paid to us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
10. Third-party links
The site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of third-party sites. Linking does not imply endorsement.
11. Changes to the site and to these terms
We may update the site and these terms from time to time. Material changes will be signalled by an updated effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change indicates acceptance.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).
The courts of the DIFC have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms. If you are a consumer resident in the EU or the EEA, nothing in this clause removes the protection of the mandatory law of your country of residence, or your right to bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
